Cultivating a Life of Purpose, Happiness & Freedom

June 25th-27th, 2027

From $775 per person

“The foundation for lasting happiness and fulfillment is finding and living your life’s purpose.”
Rod Stryker, author and yogi

Sunset at Sacred Waters

This retreat is an opportunity to re-connect with yourself and with a community of like-minded women. We come together to slow down, to prioritize rest, mental clarity, shared meals, belly laughs and time surrounded by the beauty of the natural world.

Rod Stryker, author and internationally renowned yogi says, ” Everything human beings have accomplished and aspire to, our every endeavor, has been and always will be rooted in the impulse to satisfy our longing for happiness. We desire love, pleasure, beauty, friendship, accomplishment, wisdom and power. Each of us longs for an abiding sense of purpose and meaning, peace, health and security. At some level, we also aspire to freedom, to a greater capacity to shape our destiny, and to connect with something greater than ourselves, which some call Source, Self or God.

Join Sandi Koch and Jeni Martinez as we explore the various ways that we can maintain a life of purpose, happiness, prosperity and freedom. Throughout the weekend, we will dive into the yogic idea of “Purusartha,” the four goals that guide a meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
