SEPTEMBER 8 – 14, 2025

I simply fell in love with Italy- like you fall in love with a person.”

Frances Mayes, Under the Tuscan Sun: At Home In Italy

Tuscany is a dream destination for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the charm and romance of Italy, and embrace the Italian concept of La Dolce Vita, the sweet life. La Dolce Vita invites us to enjoy the small things, taking time to pause and appreciate everyday moments and live life to the fullest.

From the rolling hills of vineyards to the picturesque towns and villages, Tuscany is a treasure trove of history, art, culture, food and wine. You’ll marvel at the stone villages, olive groves, and cypress trees dotted around rolling green hills. Tuscany is where all your dreams of strolling through the Italian countryside come true.

We’ll explore the medieval city of Siena, walk along the most picturesque parts of the pilgrims’ trail called the Via Francigena, visit Monteriggioni, a quaint village still contained within medieval walls, and San Gimignano, one of Italy’s most well-preserved medieval towns.

This walking and yoga retreat is a balance between the more active side – the walks and yoga– along with enjoying the mouth-watering Italian cuisine and visiting historic villages and local cultural favorites.

You may work up an appetite on the guided walks, but you’ll also get to indulge in one of Tuscany’s renowned culinary delights like pappardelle alla lepre, or stop to sample a sweet like the delicious panforte or ricciarelli. Don’t miss a chance to try the best gelato in the world, as well! With its scenic countryside and rich history, Tuscany offers a travel experience that will be both memorable and enchanting.

You will, no doubt, fall in love with Tuscany on this walking and yoga retreat.
